       One of the many benefits of coming to my classes is that I don't close classes over the holidays. 

Christmas / Easter / Summer / Bank Holidays. 

That way you can keep your fitness going and keep healthy

all year round.

The other fun advantage is the annual social events we have.  From 'The Christmas Party' to Meals out to Murder Mystery nights out and spa days.  QUIZ NIGHT. Keep a look out on this page for 2023's upcoming events

Every Saturday at 9.30am there is an element of STRONG NATION in the class.  By the Summer we should be doing a whole hour of the fantastic HiiT exercise programme.  Join the Saturday class NOW to build up with us as we go.

NEW to FITNESS WITH SANDRA was the launch of a new style class, STRONG NATION by Zumba.  (October 2018. )

The amazing, music led, but NOT dance, HIIT workout that will make you

sweat and work so hard.  Toning and strengthening your body using just your

own body weight.   The class will show you three levels of intensity,

low - base - high and you choose what you do and each week you can adapt

and try the next level (or not).    It involves floor work so your tummy will get it's

own workout!

You must not miss trying this class out.   You'll surprise yourself with how well you do.


Every Saturday   9.30am at St. Catherine's School, Haselwood Road,  Hoddesdon.  BUILDING UP.

Don't forget to BRING A MAT and water, and a towel. x

Everyone is welcome to all the classes. 
Men & Women and children aged 12 up.
All levels of fitness will be catered for. 
Enjoyment of your class is paramount.
Please wear soft soled trainers and comfy clothes, suitable for exercise.
Please bring your own water.
